Review: I USED THIS SERVICE SEVERAL TIMES. NO MATTER WHAT MY REQUESTS OR TIME FRAME FOR WHICH I NEED THE LIMO -- THE GENERAL MANAGER, RON ROSSELLI, HAS BEEN ABLE TO QUICKLY ASSIST ME AND WORK OUT AN ITINERARY THAT WORKS BEST FOR ME. HE ALWAYS ANSWERS THE PHONE OR RETURNS MY CALLS WITHIN MINUTES. HE SUPPLIES THE BEST DRIVERS AND CARS. I WOULD SUGGEST YOU ASK FOR THE MANAGER FOR QUICK SERVICE, COMPETITIVE PRICING AND CONSISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Review: Went to NY for a 50th birthday party and the limo was part of the fun. Jim helped with the pre planning and was very patient with my changes. I was very happy with the plan that we settled on. Our limo showed up on time, the driver was fabulous the perfect combination of professional and friend, the way she maneuvered that limo was totally amazing. She made sure we had a great time. If/when I need a limo in NY again I will use Madison Ave again.
